"The staff were absolutely lovely. They helped us with directions and other information. The place was clean and comfortable, with lovely toiletries and other treats such as giant cookies! The coffee pod machine was very welcome. It was,a real bonus to have a fridge in the room, complete with bottles of water, and fresh milk to put in our hot drinks. Slippers and bathrobes were provided for our use, which was another nice touch. The breakfasts were amazing too. The hotel is virtually next door to the railway station, so very convenient. The only tiny thing I would mention is the lighting. My eyesight isn't great, and I would have appreciated a brighter light, ir extra sources of lighting, for reading etc after dark On the whole, I have to say that this is one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in. A big Thank You to all the staff who made our stay brilliant. "
