6/10
The layout of the condo is a bit odd with 1 bed/bath on the entry floor and the rest of the condo below. It wasn't clear that you had to navigate a flight of stairs to exit the condo. The property should invest in more dollies for luggage (there are only 2 for the entire complex, so you had to wait in line). There was quite a bit of dog hair swept up on our first full day (there are no pets allowed except for owner pets). The electrical outlets should be checked and fixed; plugs fall out of the wall and some don't work at all. Sliders to the balcony were extremely hard to open, and the screens where jammed and couldn't be used. The owners should invest in pots/pans and at the very least a cookie sheet; I had to get pretty creative with cooking. The few closets we had were impossible to close. It should be noted that the "community" washer and dryer is coin operated. It should also be noted that the TVs are not equipped with any services (you get about 10 channels). With very small children and 4 days of rain, we ended up getting a fire stick for the kids so the adults didn't go insane. It should also be noted that there is only one parking spot and while you can get a permit for additional cars, you can only park in designated spots which are blocks away from the property. For the price (almost 6K), I would expect more conveniences/comfort. Location was very nice.
