« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chicago en famille avec nos adolescents et des amis. L’appartement était idéalement placé au centre d’un quartier sympathique et à deux pas du Loop. « Pictures are exactly as reality. Very spacious 3bdrm priced fairly. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. « The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too! »

« Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you! »

« Visited Logan Square for our son’s wedding. VRBO location was great. Parking was not a problem. Unit was clean and well appointed. There were numerous restaurants and bars in the area as well as a Target within walking distance. We didn’t know it was a second floor unit and the stairs were fairly steep. »

« The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...

« This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back! »

« The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences. »
