« The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was...

« My husband, daughter and I drove to Knoxville to move our daughter into her sorority house for move in weekend. The house was beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is only a 15 minute drive to campus or anywhere else you needed. We slept great, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was our top rated VRBO! We would give it a 10 out of 10!! « Fabulous week in this beautiful setting with all the family! Spent many hours on the dock/in the water, fishing with the kayak, adventuring the cove with the paddle board and roasting marshmallows in the firepit. Dock also accommodated our rental boat nicely. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill met all expectations for great mealtime with all the family accommodated in one large space. This was our 4th year at this property and we have already reserved for next year! »

« Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. »
