Room size is great location worked for us. North end of town on the beach. Negotiate are next to public beach entrance people can access beach all night. Can hear people on weekend get loud. The living room tv was broke they said they would change but never did. And no wash and dryer as shown We enjoyed it. Has a Couple set backs

Beautiful views from our room. The beach is just steps away from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Only giving it a 4 star because our steamer didn’t work and we requested a replacement and never got it and we needed it for clothing for an event we had. Otherwise, super safe. Main entrance doors get locked at night. We rented a vehicle so the self park lot was great for us.

The Wi-Fi turned off every night at midnight. The elevator was broken. Dishwasher was dirty. No bowls, dish towels, and oven mitts. No wash cloths in the bathroom. The fans would randomly turn on and off in both the living room and bedroom. No signs saying what time the pool closed.

This is a great place to stay while in PDC - steps to the beach, great on site restaurant and rooftop bar and very close to c. 38 with tons of great restaurants. The staff are very attentive, friendly and always very helpful. The condo is modern, in great condition and looks just like the pictures. We had no issues with any appliances or any other features. We stayed at IT for 4 weeks with a family of 5 - three younger kids and always felt safe. There are a couple things to note that you will not find on their site or if you book through a 3rd party like Expedia. There is a beach club next door that plays lots of music through the afternoon and into the evening. The volume was not too bad but it is consistent for several hours each day. Its not too noticeable especially with the doors closed but if you like to keep the balcony slider doors open you will definitely notice the noise. Also, the rooftop bar has salsa dancing every Saturday night until 1 am. This was very loud especially if you're on the 3rd floor since you will be right under the dance floor. Its a price to pay for a really nice unit on the beach. And lastly, you will pay extra for electricity. They will tell you that your allotted electricity will be sufficient but if you like air conditioning you will exceed this minimum. They "give" you 30 Kwh per day but in a two bedroom unit with complete appliances this is not enough. We paid several hundred dollars in addition to the daily rate.

Oorverdovende buren

Mooi appartement gemaakt met luxe materialen. Boiler stand op spaarstand maar dat werd later verholpen echter mankement aan toilet niet. Er is wel een 2de toilet. Het erblijf werd zeer nadelig beinvloed door naastgelegen beachclub Martina die van 14uur tot 20uur de volumeknop open draaide waardoor verblijf op balkon onmogelijk was en het binnen net uit te houden was. Zonder Martina was het een uitstekende ervaring geweest
