  • Relax in our cozy, standalone cottage on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. Enjoy a peaceful country setting with fruit trees, chickens, and friendly resident pets.

    The fully fenced, gated property offers privacy and security. Parking for up to two vehicles is available, with a short path leading to the cottage.

    Located close to the heart of Placerville—just minutes from downtown, Apple Hill, local wineries, shopping, and seasonal skiing.

    Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please don’t leave pets unattended and clean up after them. Water bowl and waste bags provided. We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy cottage!
