Enjoy a peaceful country setting with fruit trees, chickens, and friendly resident pets. The fully fenced, gated property offers privacy and security. Parking for up to two vehicles is available, with a short path leading to the cottage. Located close to the heart of Placerville—just minutes from downtown, Apple Hill, local wineries, shopping, and seasonal skiing. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please don’t leave pets unattended and clean up after them. Water bowl and waste bags provided. We ended with a stroll on Placerville's Main Street \*The Hardware Store; \*Fountain & Tallman Museum!!! Oh, and a Happy Hour at Poor Red's. Rain fell all night on the cozy cottage while we were snug in our bed. It is decorated so darn cute everything was perfect. Thanks for the snacks. The sheets were really soft and smelled amazing and yes, we will be coming back again too.
