It is approximately one mile south of the town of Soda Springs and Interstate Highway 80. Driving, hiking, biking, skiing - you can explore any way you choose! It might be a little hard to get a taxi though. Uber might come to get you? We ask that you please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 pm This is a brand-new rental property. Some items may still need to be worked out and can only be identified by guests. Please be patient and help us make the experience better for the next guests. Additional House Rule: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies: 1\. Unauthorized Events or Parties: \-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation. \-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500. 2\. No Smoking Policy: \-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies. \-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500. 3\. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend this place!! ##### Haneul P. We were a small group and it worked well. You could do parents and 3 kids and be comfy. The wood stove is easy to operate. The owner was also very communicative and proactively tried to solve a little appliance issue that we ran into. It’s not fancy and some of the electrical was interesting—old cabin stuff. The switch for the garbage disposal is right on the face of the counter top. That’s my only gripe. Downstairs is fun to hangout in after a day outside. Soda Springs area is close Sugarloaf. And the neighborhood is cute. Huge snow drifts this year. And there’s a friendly neighborhood dog who visits and was kind of fun. Wood stove kept the place perfectly warm and added some more comfy, rustic atmosphere. p.s. The driveway is a circle, and easy! I didn’t see that until day 2 :) ##### Andrew H.
