"The Spa and Spa staff were wonderful, Best part of our stay. Hotel staff not so much. Stayed 2 nights, arrived back in room at 10:00pm, room had not been serviced, and more importantly, Coffee was not replenished. Used 24/7 phone to ask for coffee for a.m., no response. Left note. Next morning checked out at 09:00, no one in office, again they did not answer phone. Never had any coffee. There is no lobby/restaurant, and there is no local place for coffee that opens prior to nine that I could find. For over $300 a night I would like to have had at least a cup of coffee. And cream that didn't curdle."

"The Tipsy Turtle was adorable, clean, tastefully decorated and had plenty of opportunity for fresh air. We grilled both nights we were there & the little deck & grill were just perfect. It was a great location to wander through town & to drive to Armstrong Redwoods for our hike. Just perfect!"

"The pool is not just for guests, anyone can buy a pass, so we paid a fair amount of money for a busy pool that anyone can access next to the road, the town is a run down town, not worth to stay there for the town, spa all booked, restaurant full, the room is cute, but i don’t need to pay to look at the wall cause there’s no really much to do. "
