"Breaktaking views! Had such a great stay. The house is cute and cozy. Very clean. The only thing I would say, is the road leading to the home is extremely narrow with few turnouts. The neighbors are super friendly and helpful. "

"Ok so this is a place that you have to appreciate the rustic charm and love the affordability. Jay is great. Responsive. Its not crowded. Theres available parking. The property is beautiful. The river folks are friendly...well most of them anyway. Yes the rugs could use changing, and the outside chairs could use a good scrubbing. But I will be making this my go to definitely. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this riverside house. Sat on the banks of the river and watched people float on by. Dogs loved it too! We went to beach at Jenner, played golf and Northwood, had champagne at Korbel, shopped at Duncan Mills and had excellent meals at Blue Heron (Duncan Mills) and Road Trip (in Guerneville). "
