"Stayed here for two nights with my husband and 17 year old son. We stayed in the triple room which is basically three single mattresses on a slightly raised frame with a hallway at the foot to the bathroom. It is VERY basic, the pictures online do reflect it accurately. To find the room was a quite a maze, it's a deceptively large hotel. You feel like you are underground as there are no windows in the whole place but actually we were on the 7th floor. When we arrived there were bags of garbage piled outside our room as well as a discarded suitcase which took about 24 hours to disappear. There are minimal staff onsite but they were helpful with the check in process on the tablet. There is no bottle filling station in the hotel (which would be a great addition!) but the tap water in the bathroom is potable. There are very few amenities (shampoo + body wash in the shower but no conditioner, one pillow/ mattress and unable to request extra, etc) but I guess you get what you're paying for. It was still $800+ in our local currency, so not what I would classify as super budget tbh, but I guess it was high time in London. Wouldn't rule out staying here again, especially if we are only using our room for sleep."

"Location and rooms itself are fine, especially for the price. However, I found that it could be a little more clean. Carpets were really dirty and stained I didn’t really want to walk barefoot. There was also a small piece of trash in the room and the sheets were not the cleanest. Apart from that, our stay was fine and the hotel is quite quiet which is great. Check in and check out we’re really fast and easy. Breakfast was okay, just what anyone would expect from hotel breakfast."

"Comfy bed and right next door to this great Italian restaurant, real Italian pizza, also central for seeing Buckingham Palace and we were able to walk to Kensington palace as well. Lots of good restaurants nearby and sites close. No air conditioning and we were there during the heat wave in mid May so a little hot to sleep but otherwise love it!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Everything about the hotel was great. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around and enjoy the area. Everything we needed was available, and our stay was comfortable from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a refreshing break at The Londoner! Very clean and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was lovely but I found the room quite small and tables too close to each other making it difficult to move around. Getting breakfast in the room the next day was a much better choice and it was beautifully presented and delicious. Room was cleaned well and turndown service was also done in the evening which was a pleasant surprise. This might sound strange but the warm toilet seat with automated cleaning function and water sprays was just marvellous! Wonderful power shower in the bathroom too. The bed was so comfortable you could just sink in and the pillows were fluffy. We had a city view room and could see all the major landmarks of London city . Overall a wonderful hotel."
