Located in a quiet pavilion area, the studio is fully furnished and equipped with 1 living room /bedroom with 1 DOUBLE bed (140 X 200), 1 equipped kitchen and 1 separate bathroom.  
  
Ideally located on the outskirts of Paris, and very well served by these many public transport, you will have all amenities nearby.  
The space  
This superb studio of more than 20 m2 with a capacity of 2 people, quiet and a 7-minute walk from PIERREFITTE STAINS train station, it has been completely refurbished and equipped so that your stay takes place in an exceptional setting:  
  
\- Living room with sofa  
  
\- 4K TV with WiFi , YouTube, and NETFLIX access via TV so you can watch movies & series.  
  
\- An office space is also available to allow you to book or work remotely with peace of mind.  
  
\- Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, range hood, microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine with pods. A complete set of dishes will also be at your disposal to allow you to cook.  
  
\- Bedroom with 1 DOUBLE BEDS 140 X 200 and a large wardrobe in order to be able to affix your personal belongings: capacity for 2 people. Finally, bedside table.
