« This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. « We had a really lovely stay here! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and you truly can’t beat the location — right in the heart of York. A couple of small things to note: parking can be tricky (we used Clifford Tower car park, which is a bit pricey), the WiFi didn’t quite reach every corner of the apartment, and the balcony view isn’t much to look at. Très bien pour 4 personnes.L'annonce n'indique pas que l'escalier n'est pas fait pour les personnes à faible mobilité car il est très raide. Les deux lits de 90 cm avec matelas confortables mais les lattes des lits doivent être isolées du sommier car le grincement est insupportable.Manque les petits linges de toilette et savon/shampooing.Sinon on à trois...

There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car. In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels...

« Lovely clean comfortable apartment. It is exactly as you see in the photo's. Good clear communication all the way through, easy access and Youcef stayed in touch throughout. The extra little touches made the experience more enjoyable. Tea, coffee,porridge pasta, goodies as well ....amazing. He thought of everything. Very short distance from the bus,train station and centre. Youcef has left beautiful presented information book on pubs, restaurants and things to do etc ...Next time we will bring...

« For someone who doesn't drive, this is a perfect spot, 10mins walk from train station, and local village, bus right outside property going to whitby and the moors. Accommodation itself perfect, everything you need and the hot tub was a bonus, very quiet area »

« Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. »

"Hôtel correct mais ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 4\*. Il n'y avait pas de rampe pour les valises. Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très agréables lors de notre arrivée mais plutôt désagréables lors de notre départ. La douche n'est pas pratique, n'ayant pas de pommeau, et il n'y avait qu'un bonnet de bain pour deux. Le chrome cast était défaillant. La vue et la literie étaient agréables."
