"My boyfriend loved the view but that’s really all you’re paying for. The bed is not super comfortable and the pillows are flat as hell. The water takes ages to heat up for a shower. The room tends to be cold due to the windows and also takes time to heat up. There’s a fair bit of noise from below - you’ll be hearing a lot of music, beeping and yelling now that it’s spring. Location is great for food but there are a lot of drug-users and homeless in the area if that’s a concern for you. Maybe I’m just hard to impress but it was just ok for me. "

"Everything was great. I love the free laundry see ice too. Washers & dryers clean and available. Everyone at the front desk is FANtastic. I asked for several taxis and they were always called for me. "

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable, which worked well for our family. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained throughout. One of the highlights was the airport shuttle service—it was reliable, convenient, and made travel to and from the airport very easy. Overall, a simple, comfortable, and stress-free stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean room, nice staff, a good breakfast that allowed me to keep kosher. My main complaint was that the pool was tiny (un-usable) and the weight room did not have many machines or equipment "

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The only con was the water pressure. The sink had super pressure spitting out at you while the shower had no pressure. Being as I only stayed 1 night it wasn’t a problem. Staff was very nice, the hotel was quiet, the restaurant rumours had a nice vibe but very little veg options. Hot tub and dry sauna were nice. Not scalding but hot enough in winter weather."
