« Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a large fenced in yard. We were in the area for a wedding, and having a home base close to the wedding venue was important to us. Our dog settled in quite nicely. It is a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. The house could use updating, as it appears to be an 80s house, but we were happy with the quietness. I had initially given the house a 5 star review when we first arrived, as it appeared to be clean, just old. The floors really need to be mopped....

« Condo was in a great location, very clean, and exactly as described. Vacasa however, not a good property manager to rent from. I had to call on day of arrival for check in/entry info and was on the phone for 40 minutes before i was provided wirh this info. Tried to contact host multiple times and link didn’t work. »

« I met my son and his girlfriend for a long weekend and this location was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. AC was very good especially at the end of humid august. The balcony is situated that it gets good light and breeze but neither the early morning sun nor late afternoon. So it is always a good time to sit outside. The pool is awesome and under utilized. It is a short drive to great restaurants and the beach. Very happy with our stay. »

« It was a short weekend but we really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not too close and not too far from the beach and other activities. It was family friendly AND dog friendly which is hard to find. It also had a nice fenced in yard! The house was nice but could use some general and security upgrades. Better locks and lights outside, and bathroom upgrades would really be lovely! We would recommend this house. »

« My family & I had the best time at Walter's beach house Memorial Day weekend. it was 14 of us, 6 kids & 8 adults. It's so hard for us to find a house for our group size, this house was accommodating to all of us. We didn't have to fight over bathrooms or showers.
