« We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10. »

« This property provided the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The neighborhood was beautiful, including a great pool. The home was spacious, with all of the amenities needed: linens, soaps, dishes, a coffee station. There was even a crib and highchair, so would consider a trip with my Grandchildren . « My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back. »

« Had on issue with no hot water. Taken care of within a few hours. Just a GFI tripped prior to our entry. Those we spoke with very nice. Good communication and follow up. »

« Gorgeous place with a wonderful host!Brought my family to Boulder for a week and really enjoyed our time in this home.. it’s close to great trails, coffee, grocery stores and lots more. Highly recommend renting this spot! The house has a cool design and our kids loved having breakfast on the back deck each morning. Would definitely rent again! »
