I traveled with my family, for our daughter’s wedding and the house was very spacious. Everybody had their own bedrooms, and bathrooms. The downstairs was wonderful to leave the kids downstairs and the adults were upstairs, so everybody had their own space. Outside with the fire pit was a great time, we were able to barbecue and have a great time before and after the wedding. I will stay here again, and I will strongly recommend it. ##### John B. Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Kathy B. 20 juin 2025 #### Colorado Trip House needs some repairs for: a leak in the basement hall, basement very cold with no way we could find to make it warmer without leaving the upstairs too warm, tank for BBQ was empty so we filled it at our expense, garage window was cracked, downstairs master bath had open cracks in the shower on the floor and shelves, bathroom upstairs had a loose spout on the tub, a broken toilet paper holder and some missing floor grout missingI tried to find house rules for leaving, but there were no instructions at the house and I could not find any on our account which is what the hosts said on a small note about checking in and out. The original description had said there was a playground, but there was not. The egress right at the back door seems dangerous so we covered it with the doormat and a cooler.Won't be recommending this property to anyone. We've previously loved the places we've stayed through Home Away/VRBO. ##### Kathy B. The property manager was very accomodating and responsive including answering questions before our stay.
