The Space:
The home is 4 beds / 3 baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, standing shower, jetted tub, and a private deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with full bath across the hall. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunks (3 singles and 1 full) ; and bedroom 4 has a queen. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in hallway.

No pets allowed.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to whole home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in trendy East Nashville. There are tons of restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife within just under 2 miles of the property. East Nashville is known for its diverse culture and great restaurants. Be sure to check out the Fatherland street Shoppes too!

Getting Around:
There is plenty of room for 2-3 cars to park at the house if you do drive. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are readily available.
