"Clean property and friendly staff."

"The night representative at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I had a taxi reservation arranged through the hotel; however, my flight was cancelled due to a strike at FCO Airport. I called the front desk at approximately 4:45 a.m., but no one answered, so I went downstairs to inform the staff that I needed to cancel the reservation. The representative immediately became upset and argumentative. I assume he may have been sleeping in the back when I came down to the desk. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult travel situation."

"The hotel was in a great central location, clean and tidy. The Staff were great. Very helpful. The Expedia profile said that breakfast was available which one would assume would be free...it wasn't and it was limited and expensive...just hit the bakery around the corner. The profile said that there was a 24 hour shuttle from to and from the airport. There was none. They were happy to call a taxi but any hotel will do that for you. Shuttle service to and from the airport was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Otherwise...it was just lovely."

"Thank you for having us at your hotel! Leonardo was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed along with all the other staff . Our room was amazing, clean and sound proof !! Rooftop experience was gorgeous absolutely welcoming ! Breakfast was so delicious! We will definitely book here again when we decide to come back to visit !!! Love from Illinois till we meet again"
