"I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District. It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge."

"Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "

"This has to be my favorite hotel in Quito! The location is centered only a few blocks from La Plaza Grande and accessible to everything! The owners were extremely friendly and hospitable! The breakfast that comes with the rate was top notch for a continental breakfast! I was in a beautiful room with a balcony that looked out to the Cathedral and the surrounding streets. The hotel is safe and the staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This will be my hotel of choice every time I stay in Quito!"

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving.
