Great place to stay, the staff is amazing. They helped us with a very late check-in and airport transfer. Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Super clean and breakfast was fantastic. Thanks for making our stay memorable. Yale is the best!!

I loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, and easy to communicate with thought my stay (I have to especially give a shout out to Yale who I interacted with the most). The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent shower too. My room had an incredible view, and though there was some loud street noise at times, it didn’t impact my sleep (though light sleepers might want to bring earplugs). The breakfast was a highlight as well. It was different each morning of my stay, and always delicious. Location was very convenient. Many sights were easy to walk to, and many choices for restaurants nearby as well. If I ever return to Quito I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful old building. Centrally located for the old town. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are well appointed and clean. The altitude gets you on the walk up the stairs but you get acclimatised quickly! The dining room has the best views in the city. And the breakfasts are really delicious. And the chef is fantastic at altering the offering for any dietary. Highly recommend
