"Everything was perfect, we couldn’t be happier we stayed here. It was beautiful, the workers were great people and extremely hospitable. It was extremely clean and they even let us check in early they provided a delicious breakfast and at the end of our stay they offered a great deal on an early morning shuttle to the airport. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. 10/10!!!"

"We really enjoyed staying at this lovely Riad close to the Jemaa el-Fna. The staff was excellent and helped us with transportation, suggestions, and made us really feel at home. The Riad is centrally located and close to all of the action. Very clean! Highly recommended!"

"This is an absolutely delightful Riad on a quiet lane close to the main attractions in the Medina. The hotel kindly arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport (200 MAD). The driver picked us up promptly and dropped us off at a square nearby where we were met by a member of staff from the hotel. We were greeted with mint tea & biscuits when we checked in. The Riad is very beautiful inside with ornate architecture & plants. The aroma is also very fragrant. A delicious breakfast is served on the roof terrace. All the staff are very friendly and kind people. It is an oasis of calm and really made our stay in Marrakech enjoyable & memorable for our family of four. I highly recommend this Riad. "

The pool area is beautiful and a tranquil oasis from the busy medina."

"A beautiful and very comfortable hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay, and the property is exceptionally clean — from the linens to the bathroom, everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. I would suggest a few improvements: since the hotel knew we were arriving at 1:00 AM, having someone meet us at the entrance of the square would have been a thoughtful touch, especially traveling with a child and luggage. The rooftop is lovely; however, smoking is allowed and the smell travels into the rooms, which can be quite uncomfortable at night. Additionally, I recommended that the chef include a few simple options for children, such as pasta, to make dining easier for families. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great potential to elevate the guest experience even further. "

"Our stay at Riad Jona during our first trip to Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful. The riad itself is beautiful, and we truly appreciate the staff for their hard work in keeping the property exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the breakfast. As pure vegetarians, we found the options limited since the same set Moroccan breakfast was served daily. A little more flexibility or variety for vegetarian guests would have made the experience even better. That said, we understand this can be part of traveling, and we managed by bringing some of our own food. Another point worth mentioning is the airport transfer experience. While transportation was arranged, we were left to find the riad on our own and had some difficulty navigating the alleys, with limited help from people nearby. We did eventually find our way, but having a clear landmark would make this process much easier for future guests. For example, directing guests to walk toward a specific shop in the main alley and then take the opposite alley to reach the riad would be very helpful. Overall, despite these minor challenges, we sincerely appreciate the effort and dedication of everyone at Riad Jona, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality during our stay."

"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."
