"We truly enjoyed our time staying at the teepee on the property. It's located at the back of the property and it is peaceful. The bed was comfortable and was clean inside. There was also a table and futon couch and microwave/fridge.
A few things to note: There is a small airport across the road and we heard a plane flying very nearby at night which we wouldn't have expected. Also there are trains which pass and sound their horns. It's not loud but I heard it while my wife completely slept...

"Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place."

"At first glance, things were great, big room, nice balcony. Then we noted our TV had Direct TV with no streaming services. Our room happened to be in a WiFi dead zone so I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The Direct TV kept glitching so it’s a good thing we brought games. There was a dirty bandaid in the elevator for two days until I reported it to the front desk. My sheet had a tear in it, when I reported it to the front desk, nothing happened even though I’d been assured it would be passed on to housekeeping. For the price, I was not impressed."
"Nice standard king room, in very nice condition, clean and well appointed. Old hotel upgraded for all required amenities, very enjoyable. Outdoor lunch and dinner dining during the summer, nice variety of medium to higher priced options, all our choices were well prepared and served. Recommend the locally sourced lamb chops and wild game sliders. Bar service was excellent. Breakfast available in the dining room, or simpler quick options in the coffee/gift shop. Full room service menu. We enjoyed the walking distance around the corner to the Hot Springs Pool and the nicely maintained hotel courtyard with comfortable outdoor seating options. Recommend you try this venerable old hotel."
"The only complaints that I have were the elevators were extremely slow and the restaurant was way overpriced, otherwise everything was great. Awesome that they have free parking and free roam bus passes"
