« This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. « Overall, the stay was good. It’s what I would expect from a small cabin. The only big problem was the beds. The bottom bunk was unusable. It sunk in so far in the middle even my 9 year old couldn’t lay in it comfortably. The main bed also sinks in a lot in the middle. I was sleeping in it with a baby so it wasn’t too bad but I think 2 adults would probably fall into the middle.There was some small issues that weren’t a huge deal but worth mentioning. « Wonderful time at the cabin-- Peaceful and serene is a great way to describe the area. Nestled amongst the trees- listening to the St. Croix River and wildlife! Very quiet area to go for a walk, see deer-- easy access to Afton State Park for hiking, or St Croix Bluffs Regional Park for trails and hiking as well.
