Kindly be aware that the residence is equipped with security cameras that exclusively monitor the outdoor spaces, including the lake and communal areas. These cameras remain continuously active, serving solely to enhance security and guarantee the safety of both the property and our valued guests.

Our property undergoes meticulous cleaning and sanitization procedures in accordance with CDC standards. Our dedicated team conducts pre-stay inspections to ensure an impeccable experience for you.

Insect Awareness: Although we consistently apply insect prevention measures on the property, please note that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract occasional critters. To minimize this, we kindly request that you keep doors and windows closed as a preventive measure.

The landscaping of the house is done once a week (Monday to Friday), in case your lawn needs mowing, please contact us immediately to request the service as soon as possible (We do not guarantee work during weekends or holidays).
