"The property is in a great location, conveniently close to the park, and the rooms are spacious. This was my second time staying here, and I really like this property because of its proximity to the park. However, there were a few things that could have been handled better this time. We had large pieces of luggage and were placed on the third floor, even though the elevator was out of service and the staff was aware of it. They offered to have a staff member come and help us with our luggage, but unfortunately, no one ever arrived. I also requested an iron and ironing board. I was told there was one in the room and that I could call to request one if it wasn’t there. When I arrived, there was no iron or ironing board, and the phone in the room was not working, so I couldn’t call to request them. The iron was eventually brought to the room, but the staff member seemed upset about having to bring it. I really like this property and would consider staying here again. A little more attention to these details, better communication, and follow-through from the staff would have made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable."

"The lodge was great for us. We slept on a comfortable bed, shower was clean. They have a washer/dryer on-site that we used along with a remote kitchen. They were actively maintaining the facilities for safety and ease of use. Restaurant was really good but they could’ve had a cheeseburger on the evening menu. We would definitely recommend!"
