« The Good: Spacious house with large rooms in a great location. Good communication with the host. Everything worked fine (appliances, bbq, hot water, TVs etc). « My family and I booked this property to have a safe and comfortable place to stay while my father underwent major surgery. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.From the start, the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable, making the space feel unwelcoming and far from homelike. « What a great experience we just had at this hotel. Easily the best staff and service we ever had. As for the resort, the room was spacious and included every single detail you could ask for. The pool/hot tub area is spectacular. Our son didn’t want to leave. And the food is top notch. Frankly, if you ever plan to visit the bay area, don’t waste any time and just stay there.
