Right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and perfectly located to discover the city's wonders with a tram stop at the front door. Melbourne’s Sealife Aquarium on the next corner and walking distance to South Wharf, Etihad Stadium, DFO at Spencer Street, Victorian Art Gallery, Immigration Museum, Federation Square only 100m from Southbank Promenade and Crown Casino. Directly on the bank of the Yarra River, access to the city’s nightlife and busy tourist locations is ideal.
