« The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »

« As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. However, the staff are very friendly and the stay was half-board with an excellent variety of food options (including most Bulgarian classics based on our internet searches) and a I think something for everyone.
