This was an excellent little boutique hotel, the Staff at front desk were amazing and went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. Location is ideal! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great for English speaking travellers, really quiet despite being right in the middle of the city. Staff great, room super comfortable. Would have loved to be able to have bought some of the wonderful toiletries provided in the rooms.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We ate lunch on our terrace under the retractable awning - away from the heat and the hustle and bustle of street-level Madrid. The included breakfast was made to order and served quickly. It was tasty and beautifully presented. Location is convenient.

All in all a great hotel for location and getting by around the city centre. Awesome location for shopping also! The only downside was the room. The open shower area wasn’t what two friends were expecting!

Absolutely perfect place to stay if you wanna be in the heart of Centro Madrid. Rooms are clean, but small as most of the hotels in Europe are. But you are in a fantastic location and the hotel is very nice. The staff was very welcoming as well and gave us a few recommendations as to where to go.

Decent sized room with king size bed located just off the main strip of Madrid, close to metro, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Room could have been slightly cleaner, with some scum build up on the shower walls, but other than that a decent hotel for the price.

My husband and I appreciated the cleanliness and how approachable the front desk staffs are when we go in and out the building. I didn’t like the TV doesn’t have an English option. We definitely recommend this with our family and friends.
