« Le personnel est absolument parfait. Ils sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Le gérant nous a offert des boissons et nous a même proposé un service taxi qu’il nous a offert. La cuisine y est très bonne, les chambres authentiques et très propres. C’est de loin le meilleur lieu où j’ai pu rester au Vietnam. J’ajoute que la vue est à couper le souffle ! »

« JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. « I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. "We booked for 3 nights and we left after the first night. The room was horrible. Moisture, bugs, broken bed, and during the night the air conditionning start to flow near my son bed on the floor. For breakfast, some portable stove was broken. Food i side but no glass to keep the food hot. Everything is broken and dirty in this hotel. The only positive point is the owner and staff are really gentle."
