"It’s an older property, but has a robust business.
While decor is a bit dated, the place is run well and situated with easy walks to all kinds of mass transit. Our best meal in San Fran was at a walkable vegan place.
We appreciated the locked, self-park garage (without the forced valet that some hotels have). The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and bright. While I could not roll my yoga mat out in the room, the gym had plenty of room to do so.
Only con: The hotel restaurant’s menu had no vegan options (except french fries); there are plenty of places in San Fran that do.
Overall, a good fit for our needs.

"The concierge was incredibly kind and accommodating when I requested a cake and a card to surprise my husband for his birthday. They went above and beyond, arranging a large card with a heartfelt birthday message and a delicious cake. It made the celebration truly special, thanks to Chief Concierge Bill."
"I really like this hotel, have stayed here many times. Some rooms are smaller but others are like apartments. It’s close to the Ferry building, BART & MUNI stops and a grocery store is only blocks away."
