Small but impeccably neat kitchen and bathroom with washer/dryer, a serviceable middle room with the entry door, and a lovely, large and sunny front room which we used as our bedroom/living room. « Beautifull, quiet location. Very close to main city, St-John's and surrounded by magnificient walking trails. Way better than staying at a hotel for 3 weeks. We had all we needed to fell at home and whatever was missing Eileen and Glen provided. They even went above and beyound to purchase and install a new BBQ to replace the one that was not working. Could not have asked for better hosts. »

« Exceptionally clean rental. Great location. Just a short walk down to the harbor. Grocery store a couple of blocks away. We loved the area and the rental. If and when we return we wouldn’t even consider looking for another place! »

« We had difficulties at our first apartment however the owners quickly moved us into another location the next morning. The place was clean although we found it odd to find opened food in both the fridge and the cupboards. My only complaint would be that something should be prepared to explain the usage of certain things such as t.v.. wifi is not very fast and the modem required rebooting….good thing we know how to do these things. »

« I wish I could give this property 6 stars. From clear communication, travel tips , parking tips, to any question that needed to be answered Earl was available. The big moment is when you walk through the door and have a view of the city and harbour / port. Earl’s place is huge , clean, bright and stocked with the items you need . The beds were also super comfy. I’d go back to St.John’s just to stay at Earl’s place again. »
