Centrally located in the middle of the St. John's metro area. Less than 15 mins from downtown. This home is perfectly set up for whatever you desire during your stay whether that be cozying up with a good book & a coffee on the patio, games nights with friends/family or sitting around the campfire. Just a short drive away are walking/biking trails, parks, Topsail Beach, breweries, restaurants and tourist attractions such as Signal Hill, Cape Spear, George St, etc. 15 mins away from St. John's airport. The main floor features a large open concept kitchen, dining and living area that is sure to provide ample space for guests. The main floor also provides access to the backyard/patio area which boasts a beautiful garden and comfortable outdoor seating in the warmer months, as well as a BBQ and campfire pit with all the necessities provided. Guests can also partake in outdoor games if they so choose. 3 cozy bedrooms are located on the upper floor as well as 2 full bathrooms, 1 being a private ensuite to the primary. Guests are sure to have an enjoyable nights sleep in the luxury soft linens. On the lower floor guests can enjoy use of the treadmill and a limited variety of weights and bands. Everything you could imagine is available in this home, you don’t need to bring a thing. We stayed approximately 2 weeks with 3 children, all beds were quite comfortable and the kids enjoyed all the games that were available. Joanna and the property manager were very prompt to answer any questions we had. The house had such a warm feeling with all the beautiful decor.
