« Perfect accommodations for two people! Very nice pool along with view of ocean and access to the beach. Clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed. Short ride to Murrell’s Inlet for dinner and music. Highly recommended! »

« We came down from Friday to Monday. The host was wonderful. She communicated everything in a timely manner and all was as expected. We had a wonderful time she left little treats and the house and view were so open and relaxing. I'm so fortunate we got the opportunity to stay. The condo is located in a beautiful community with nice amenities. We had everything we needed and she had put together a guide book that was very helpful. We definitely recommend staying here and booking with this host....

« The property was exactly as represented. Walking distance to beach, easy access to numerous golf courses and restaurants, quiet and clean. Unit had a nice balcony and all the essentials. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV cable access did not work and we had issues the last 4 days of a 2-week stay with lack of hot water in the morning. Had those issues been resolved, stay would have been perfect. »

« This was our first to Litchfield and we will be returning next year. Much quieter than Surf Side. The beach was clean with plenty of space to spread out. The condo was spacious with comfortable seating. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Local restaurants were very good but reservations are suggested. »

« Due to a death in the family I was unable to make the trip, however, my 2 daughters took advantage of the rental and loved the condo! Indoor parking convenient to elevator as was the condo. Place reported to be immaculate and have everything advertised PLUS. Look forward to being able to take advantage of this place myself. »

« We've stayed a few times at Litchfield by The Sea "pre-Covid." However, the costs charged by Litchfield have now gone way beyond our budget. Booking through VRBO, however, definitely has saved me money and made it affordable! This particular unit was really nice, and being on the end of the building was a great location. We will definitely come again if it works out for our plans. »

« Great location! Wake up to hear the ocean, but not see any people on the beach. Interior perfectly laid out for our family of six. Walk out the sliding door to have breakfast on the patio and take the stairs down to the pool or the beach. House was well-equipped with all the little things, including a cutting board, koozies, beach towels, bottle openers, extra blankets, extra fans(for white noise), keurig & pods!
