« We stayed with our older kids and small dogs, this property was perfect. The dogs loved the fenced in side yard and I appreciated I could park my car and not move it all day. Walking distance to main attractions and about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. As others had said the driveway is very narrow and with parking on both sides of the street I could not get my Grand Cherokee L into the driveway. But it was never an issue because there is ample parking on the street. »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious & close to the beaches. House has a great layout for all to have privacy but yet enjoy together. A few items we highly recommend-use shorter door codes. Management was very responsive via text, but we could never remember the extremely long code to get in. (Alot of rentals will use the renters phone number etc). Stock the kitchen with a full set of pots & pans. There was No cookware to make pasta for a family of 4, as an example. Only 1...

« Great new property, just as pictured. Very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. One of the king master bedrooms with en suite is on first floor which makes it very convenient and private from rest of house.Kitchen is very well stocked. Not pictured are coffee makers, blenders even a stand mixer. »

« We had 5 adults with us and we stayed here comfortably. We aren’t used to bringing our own linens but a quick run to walmart work out well. One of the beds upstairs wasn’t very comfortable for a couple but could be great for kids or a solo person. Garage with beach goodies was a plus. The AC wasn’t turned on so it was hot when we arrived but it cooled by the late evening. We’d love to work with this property again, thanks for having us! »

« Perfect for our needs from my 87 year old mother to my 4 year old grandaughter (and 2 dogs). Close to grocery store/shopping when needed and also our choice of beaches and/or bays also nearby. « We have stayed a few places in Lewes, and we all agree that this one is the best! The location is key - teen nephews were able to walk to ice cream and a toy store for a basketball (for the surprise hoop out back), our 3yo was able to go on walks to ice cream and shopping without a stroller, the beach was a five minute drive away (particularly key if you only have an hour for a quick beach trip), and the adults finally visited the shops we'd driven by for years and wanted to see! « We usually rent homes 3-4 a year as away to gather with our families together , first time I stayed anywhere that did not provide toilet paper, soap , paper towels , sheets or towels. I know it is stayed in the agreement that was sent - so I was informed but just will probably keep us from renting again - also front door lock was broken and trim kept falling off the stairs. Not a big deal »
