"The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. "

"Excellent value and experience at this property! Location was close to a lot of major shops and a short drive from the more walkable part of Rehoboth Beach. Kitchen had the basics needed, hot tub was great and no problem with sharing with the downstairs unit that had other guests. Highly recommend overall! "

"A classic and comfortable beach cottage, just a short drive to the beach. Had a nice stay here over the busy 4th of July weekend with our dog and two teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone. Large fenced yard was great for the dog, and the outdoor shower was a plus. Kerry was super responsive and quickly helped with any questions."
