Washer snd dryer may be used.MIST clean vent filter out if found full, we will charge you cleaning fee.
Pet Fee $200.
If you bring more than two dogs you will forfeit your $500 refundable damage fee. Please try not to hide it. We do have outside cameras. .
We give you something to get started: First roll toilet paper and paper towels is provided

If found smoking in the house, you will forfeit your damage fee** please dispense cigarettes but in appropriate area outside and not in the yard.

Multiple marinas within the area that are very close by, so bring your boat/kayaks/Jetski's and dock at the house.
