"The property was in a location convenient to many main attractions in St Louis. It was nice having a dedicated parking space, although street parking was available too. The neighborhood was quiet, and people we encountered were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to get going in the morning. The property does need to be painted and freshened up for a little nicer appearance. I would stay there again."

"The home was plently big for our group of 10, we did not even use one room. It was close to everything we had planned, within 15 mins. We felt safe and it was quiet. We would like to have had access to a broom because kids makes messes and there is one nail on the floor by the bar that needs to be fixed bit otherwise it was great."

"Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!"

"Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

"We could not have asked for a better rental for our family trip to St. Louis. There’s nothing like Lafayette Square and we loved walking the gorgeous neighborhood to dinner, coffee and the park. The property is a stunning mix of historic elements with beautiful modern touches. We felt so at home there and will definitely be back!"

"Very pleased with our recent stay. Extremely close to I-44 and I-64 for getting around St Louis. Property is a newer build in the area and stands out as a modern place for your stay. Three levels with all bedrooms on the third level. Other amenities were as described and well appointed. Property owner was responsive to questions and any concerns that arose during stay. Highly recommend that if a stay in St Louis and this area fits your needs, book this one!"

"This property was exactly as advertised and was actually more spacious than expected. We were visiting for a baby shower/to see friends and we were really only at the house to sleep and shower. Everything was very clean, nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. We never used the kitchen but it was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We didn’t have children with us but there were some toys and children’s items that would presumably make it easier for families. Good location...

"This house is very large and many stories which was nice for 4 couples to stay at. There is a top (4th floor) with a large balcony; the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which is awesome!! The 2nd floor is a wonderful kitchen and living room space and the 1st floor has a bedroom and bathroom making this a great place to stay."
