Boasting 1800 sq. ft., this charming residence features three bedrooms, each with a king bed and a separate TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. With two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, convenience is guaranteed. The home offers two inviting living rooms, providing ample space for your family to relax and unwind. Enjoy the modern full kitchen and dining area, perfect for family meals and gatherings. Added amenities include a washer/dryer and a garage.  
  
Located just two blocks from Fox Park, which features a water play area and playground, this home is also within walking distance of the vibrant Lafayette Square and Soulard neighborhoods. A short drive takes you to all downtown activities and sports events. For those needing proximity to healthcare, major hospitals such as SLU, BJC, Children's, and Cardinal Glennon are within a 10-minute drive. Plus, St. Louis University is close by, making this rental an ideal choice for visiting families. Welcome to your St. Louis retreat!  
  
Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:   
This unit is NOT pet-friendly.   
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300\.   
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\.   
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.  
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.  
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
