Es wurde ein anderer Preis gefordert und erst auf mehrmaligen Hinweis und vorzeigen der Bestätigung anerkannt, dass bereits online gezahlt wurde. Das Zimmer war nicht das gebuchte Doppelzimmer, sonder ein auf einmal umbenanntes eigentliches Einzelzimmer. Es fehlten W-Lan, großes Bett, Fernseher und Kühlschrank, die in der Beschreibung als Ausstattung angegeben waren.
