"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property."

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"Host Armando was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, right on the bus line, travel throughout the city was very easy. "This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. "Me and my friends are studying in Florence right, and wanted a place to stay near Portovenere. The apartment was probably the cleanest that I have have ever booked, and the owner was so nice. The bus sutuation to the beach was a little confusing but we figured it out. Overall would recommend!"

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
