Two quality beds, one in the bedroom, the other in the living room. Apartment in a very quiet residence, close to the central market. Ideal place to relax (peaceful neighborhood). We are 10 minutes from the old port, Charruyer park and 15 minutes on foot from the competition beach (via a pleasant stroll through the city center where the parks). The apartment has wc + living room with two bay windows + bedroom with bay window + kitchen + pantry + bathroom + two large balconies of 10 m² each (installation of a relaxation area on one of them). Very comfortable bedding (bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress) Being on vacation, it is an agency that manages the inventory, the delivery of keys, etc. Remember to bring 140 bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillows 60) as well as bathroom linen. If you wish, all this can be rented from the agency. Internal rules: No party, no evening (very quiet residence, thank you to also respect the tranquility of the place if you choose to stay with us). No smoking. No animals. Not suitable for children from 0 to 12 years old. A person affiliated with an agency will be there to receive you and do the various formalities of use.
