Located 1.5 miles to Portsmouth, 2 minutes to the Kittery outlets and a 10 minute drive to the beaches in York, you won’t run out of fun activities. The space A newly renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, featuring an open concept livingroom and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. It was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space in the backyard and front porch were much enjoyed. The bedrooms were quaint and provided guests with small closets and a dresser space. The challenge was that one side of each bed is pushed against the wall due to space limitations. We worked around this but could present difficulty to any with mobility constraints.
