"Having booked and had confirmed that we were staying at the Vine, we had actually been booked into the sister hotel The Hoste. After I sent them the email of confirmation we were uickly transferred to The Vine, fortunately there was room available there. Our room was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Also enjoyed dining in the Hoste and breakfast in The.Garden Room. "

"This was our second visit to Burnham Market and staying within the Hoste group. This time we had our young dog with us and The Railway House was perfect for this. Really comfortable accommodation with a small garden outside. Breakfast was at the main hotel and a separate dining area for those with four legged friends was a great idea.Would love to come back in the spring/summer."

"The hotel is outstanding. We stayed in the Ursula Andress room, wow it was fantastic, a steam room in the room, hot tub and patio with fireplace. They thought of everything. Attention to detail was perfection. Very clean and comfortable. The only small downside was the restaurant staff were very slow. However everyone was lovely, just you don’t want to be in a rush."

"We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. "I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. There is a small general kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave and hotplate. You will need to bring your own pans and there is a fire area provided on which you can cook food too. "Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "

"This hotel is under new management and no longer uses OYO as a booking agent. When we arrived OYO had not sent through our booking - this was not hotels.com's fault. The new management team kindly allowed us to stay at no extra cost. I have contacted hotels.com regarding this and hope they will make sure that this hotel is given as much help as possible. The team are working hard to make this a great place to stay."

"Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable. If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside. Would definitely stay again."
