« The condo is beautiful and beds were comfy! We couldn’t get the TVs, but Diana helped us out, only one didn’t work for us! The two pools were nice and my little one loved the playground! We couldn’t get into the lagoon due to Sargassum seaweed, but looked like a lot of fun!! Make sure you go to the dolphin life!! It’s is right next to the condo. »

While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...

She is super responsive and includes so many ‘extra’ things such as the golf cart, extra tissue and paper towels, detergent-these items typically are not included with vacation rentals. Martha provided comprehensive information and instruction for our stay. A Publix is close by too. The community is also very secure. »
