The Sandcastle is a brand new vacation rental in Key Colony Beach! Come enjoy your next Keys getaway in this great 2bed/1bah half duplex! There is bedding for 4 persons. The maximum occupancy is 5 (includes children).
Welcome to your tropical retreat in Key Colony Beach! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground level half duplex is a waterfront haven, offering a perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. Nestled in the heart of Key Colony Beach, this property provides not only a cozy residence but also exclusive dockage for your boat, allowing you to explore the azure waters at your leisure.
The living space is designed for relaxation, with comfortable furnishings and a soothing color palette that reflects the surrounding ocean hues. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The two bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and sea. Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have queen beds. The full bath is located in the hall for convenience. The dock is right out back with a fish cleaning station. You may bring up to a 30ft boat.
Additionally, you'll have convenient access to Inch Beach, allowing you to sink your toes into the soft sands and bask in the Florida sun.
This Key Colony Beach half duplex offers a perfect blend of island living and modern convenience, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beauty of the Florida Keys.
No RV's, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer, then 1 trailer and up to 3 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and vacate without a refund.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Kanal, Ausstattung sehr gut und neu renoviert. Es gab im Außenbereich 2 Liegen und Sonnenstühle. Im Prinzip konnte man da den ganzen Tag liegen und die vorbeifahrenden Boote, die Pelikane und einfach die wunderbaren Farben genießen. Morgens hat sich der Sonnenaufgang in den Fenstern der Nachbarhäuser gespiegelt, und abends konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen.Gute Ausgangslage, da nicht weit zum wunderschönen Bahia Honda State Park und für einen Tagestrip nach Key West optimal gelegen. Was den Ort besonders charmant macht, war das abendliche Singen am Sunset Park, den man nach ein paar Minuten oder auch nach einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Die Betten waren typisch amerikanisch, weich aber gemütlich. Allerdings das Queen Bett für zwei größere Erwachsene mit einer Decke gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hat man aber sehr oft hier. Die einzigen kleinen Punkte die Verbesserung bräuchten wären: unsere Aussicht war leicht getrübt durch ein Boot direkt vor unserem Patio, das hat die Sicht etwas genommen. Außerdem wären mehr Teller in der Küche wünschenswert, so mussten wir den Geschirrspüler doch sehr oft anmachen. Außerdem war die Terrassentür sehr schwer fest zu schließen.
