« Cabin was as described. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. Also the cabin was full of lady bugs. »

« Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...

« Peaceful Cabin Getaway with Beautiful Lake Views--My stay in the primitive cabin was fantastic! The shared restrooms and showers were surprisingly clean, and the gorgeous lake offered a stunning view, complete with an eagle sighting. The area is wonderfully quiet and felt very safe.The cabin includes a microwave and fridge (though the fridge froze my food, so beware!). « We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. »

« Was looking for a place where our family could stay together and be comfortable for our youngest daugter's wedding. Boy, did we find it. It was a beautiful lodge and they made us feel so welcome. Lots of room and the views were amazing. Even got to get a close up view of the moon through the telescope. It was clean and well stocked. Peter even provided us with fresh eggs which the family loved. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. »
