"Location was ideal - great snorkelling from the front door, but climbing in and out of the water is not for folks with limited athletic abilities & walking out in the shallow water requires person to be sure-footed. Outdoor seating did not provide the comfort we generally look for, and found this to be a tad lacking. Possibly, being over 50, played a role in our seating needs.Happy we stayed, enjoyed the Cays, very welcoming experience, all our needs were met by the services available. "

"The host, Cheri, was great! Her communication through the whole process was top notch!!The house is the best stocked home we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few! It was comfortable and had everything we could need. The home is situated oceanside, with a little cove to explore. The outdoor furniture was great for morning coffee with sunrises and ocean watching Cheri provides excellent concierge service. She answered many of our questions before we even got to Utila which helped me pull together the trip. She also took care of so many seemingly "small" details for our trip which made the trip so much less stressful and more enjoyable. A few of the things included providing trusted transportation from the airport to the ferry so we didn't miss the once a day ferry, she sent a tuktuk to pick us up and take us to the house so we didnt have to find it first day, then had a golf cart waiting for us when we got there and more. We cannot say enough about how well she took care of us and made our stay that much better!! "

"So happy we stayed here for our week on the island!! Easy to get back and forth to the north island with Neptunes being so close and the dive boats will pick you up there as well. House looks perfectly out at the water and the screened in porch makes it so great to enjoy without mosquitoes. AC worked perfectly, everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was perfect! Fire pit gives you an opportunity to enjoy the waves at night with a drink in your hand too! Overall perfect house and we will definitely stay again for our next visit."

"It was our first time in Utila. Host met us at the ferry with golf cart rental, drove our luggage to the house. Explained everything about the property. House is immaculate, had everything you need, very clean, just like home. The view from the house worth 10 stars. I think it could get the vote for beeing nicest house on the island. We had a minor issue, but host solved it in no time. We travel a lot, different country or island every time. Utila is the safest, cleanest, friendliest island so far. Highly recommend it!"
