The only complaint was issues with payment. We booked through Expedia with the option to pay at location. They wabted to charge more. But they did cancel the reservation eventually and then we rebooked through Expedia and paid on the Expedia website for that price. Also note when comparing prices with other places to stay, they charge 36.00 a day for the 2nd traveler, where other properties the cost listed is for 2 travelers per room. So may seem cheaper than another place, but once add the 36.00 for the 2nd person in the room it's more expensive. It was clean and nice and the staff was amazing.The food was incredible and the price was ridiculously inexpensive for what we received. Everyday, we are snorkeling right outside the bar. And it is some of the most amazing snorkeling in the world. The hotel was nice and the rooms clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The friendly staff are very anxious to please and accommodate guests. The food was good. Portions were large. Staff friendly. Basic rooms, but clean with hot water ( Not always a given on island loations ) Dive Center Manager ( Jorge ) top notch, attentive and helpful above and below the water. 1 mile from center of small village, used Tuk Tuk to go everywhere for $2 per trip, much cheaper than renting a scooter for $35 per day.
